AllTrak Technologies is a healthcare SaaS platform providing business products for diagnostic companies to digitize their business processes and scale their business.

AllTrak Runner App (LogiTrak) & Phlebo App (PathTrak) provide technology products to perform following tasks:

• Perform the pre-assigned visits via app.
• Create the new visits using app based on on-call assignments
• Pick-up the healthcare diagnostics samples from various collection centres operated by company clients.
• Handover the diagnostics samples to runners/phlebos, hubs or labs and ensure that all samples reach to designated place.

Runners & Phlebos are work force of the respective company which uses Runner app or phlebo app to perform day to day on-field visits. As a user of our runner App or phlebo app, you are bound by policies of the company.

By accessing our Runner App or phlebo app or our service, you accept this Privacy Policy and provide consent to provide required permission as needed by app to perform necessary tasks.

You need to be an internal user which shall grant you access to our Runner App or phlebo app.

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit. Personal Information includes your organizational email or organizational mobile number or both, which you submit to us while logging-in.

• Information collected via Technology

While using the runner app or phlebotomist app, we collect your location data at regular intervals. This data is required and is utilized to:

• Help deliver a better customer experience. You will get to know your ETA to reach to customer location. Your current location is also shown to the customer that you are going to collect sample from.
• To assign new bookings to you based on your current location.
• To calculate your payouts basis of your distance travelled

Your permission to use the Runner App or phlebo app is conditioned upon the following use, posting and conduct restrictions:

You agree that you will not under any circumstances:

• Access the Service for any reason other than your professional requirements
• Collect or harvest any personal data of any user of the Service
• Distribute / Deliver any or parts of the Service where it is not intended to be delivered without our explicit written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities in any way
• Attempt to, or harass, abuse or harm another person or group
• Use another user's or personal account without an explicit written permission
• Intentionally allow another user to access your account
• Provide false or inaccurate information when registering an account (or while entering into an employment contract with the Organization
• Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Make any automated use of the Runner App or phlebo app, the Service or the related systems, or take any action that we deem to impose or to potentially impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or network infrastructure

We can amend these Terms of Use at any time and will update these Terms of Use in the event of any such amendments. It is your sole responsibility to check the Site from time to time to view any such changes in this agreement.
